This Bed and breakfast hotel is located in peaceful Kensington Gardens Square in the heart of Bayswater, a short walk from Bayswater and Queensway underground stations with their excellent connections to the West End. The rooms vary in size and shape due to the age of the building, but on average they are small. They are in fair condition, very simply decorated, with the majority of them furnished with light laminate flooring and decorated in pleasant light colours. The majority of the rooms have a full bathroom, which are in fair condition, but some rooms only have a shower room. The hotel only has a breakfast room.
This is converted from an old townhouse. The facade is in good decorative order, painted in pale yellow. The lobby is small in size and simply decorated with a main reception desk, and a connected television room with a large lcd screen and a comfortable leather sofa.
On the whole this is a pleasant simple property in a very good location. Ideal for those travelling on a budget.
